This Champions & Innovators session will focus on the delivery of Omni-channel Customer Experience.

Over the first 60-minutes of the webinar you will hear valuable insights from the pioneers of omni-channel customer experience management. In-between will be two Innovation Bubbles introducing fresh thinking and new ideas from leading solution developers.

Following the presentations there will be a 30-minute Q&A and panel discussion moderated by Jon Snow.
